My Pilates Journey
Movement and adventure have always been part of my life. When I discovered Pilates in 2011, it became more than a workout - it became my daily ritual for strength, balance and breath. During a challenging time of my life, Pilates helped me rebuild both physically and mentally. With over 450 hours of training and specialization in the Pilates Visceral Method @ Pilates Swiss, I now help others find the same strength, calm and connection on and off the mat.

My approach
I teach the Visceral Pilates method, focusing on deep core connection through mindful breathing and precise movement. By working with the body’s internal systems, it helps restore natural alignment, stability, and ease from within. I offer one-to-one sessions, Reformer duets, and small group mat classes, all tailored to your individual needs.
