🌿 Meet Your Instructors

Egla is a certified Pilates instructor passionate about helping clients build strength, improve mobility, and move with confidence. Her approach combines mindful movement, precision, and breath to create balanced, effective sessions that support both body and mind. With a focus on alignment and intentional movement, Egla creates a welcoming space for all levels, guiding each client to feel stronger, more connected and empowered through movement.

Antonia is a dedicated yoga practitioner and teacher with over eight years of immersive experience across diverse disciplines, including Vinyasa Flow, Hatha, Kundalini, Power Yoga, Yin and Thai Yoga. Her extensive training reflects a deep commitment to both the physical and spiritual dimensions of the practice. Teaching twice weekly, she guides students in building strength, resilience, and mental clarity while cultivating meditative flow states. Antonia’s approach blends dynamic movement with mindful awareness, creating a transformative experience that empowers students on and off the mat.
